Social Gaming, Location, and More in Google Play Services

-Google Play Services 3.1 launched, with Google Play games services, the new Location APIs, Google Cloud Messaging enhancements that let you use bidirectional XMPP messaging between server and devices and dismiss notifications, and Cross-Platform Single Sign On.

New Ways to Optimize Your Business in Google Play

-Updates on Google Play Developer Console, with a better distribution experience with App translation service, Revenue graphs, Alpha and beta testing and staged rollouts, and Optimization tips.
